International Organizations:
It works to achieve the educational goals of the university by setting mechanisms to implement them in cooperation with local, regional and international organizations related to higher education and scientific research. Participation in the activities of those organizations, which include educational projects and programs related to the areas of capacity building, training, exchange, and grants, as well as conferences, seminars, and workshops, are only a part of the work entrusted to the unit of international organizations at the ICO, which works hard to publicize the university’s mission and goals, and build bridges of communication and cooperate with the various organizations.
Bodies and International Federations:
This unit aims to make the university, as a registered member or participant, one of the most eminent members of local, regional and international bodies and federations related to the fields of higher education and scientific research. This unit also strives to build bridges of cooperation with these bodies and federations through the participation of the university in their various activities.

The Union of Arab Universities, is an organization working within the framework of the Arab League. It is based in Amman, Jordan. The objective of the organization is to support and connect universities in the Arab world, and to enhance cooperation among them. the establishment of the temporary General Secretariat of the Union in 1965.

The Association of African Universities is a university association of African universities based in Accra, Ghana. With member institutions all around Africa, AAU provides a forum for cooperation and exchange of information on higher education and research policies.

Organization of Islamic Cooperation: It is an international Islamic organization that brings together fifty-seven Islamic countries. The organization describes itself as “the collective voice of the Islamic world” and aims to “protect the vital interests of Muslims.” The organization has permanent membership in the United Nations.
The Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World was established within the framework of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) based on the recommendation issued by the Permanent Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. On 12/1-11/30 of the year 1987, the founding conference of the Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World was held in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco. The basic system of the federation at that time stipulated that its permanent headquarters would be in the General Administration of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.

UNIMED
It carries out projects in different fields, ranging from governance issues at the University level to integration of refugees, as well as sustainable development, digital education, employability and intercultural dialogue

German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is a private, federally funded and state-funded, self-governing national agency of the institutions of higher education in Germany, representing 365 German higher education institutions (100 universities and technical universities, 162 general universities of applied sciences, and 52 colleges of music and art)
