An introductory workshop for the range of competitive scholarships and training available to faculty members and teaching assistants

Today, Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the Office of International Cooperation and the College of Oil and Gas Engineering at Zawia University, in cooperation with the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, organized an introductory workshop for the range of competitive scholarships and training scholarships available to faculty members, teaching assistants, and students, during the first quarter of the current year.
Dr. opened. Abdel Baset honored the workshop activities with a welcome speech and an overview of the scholarship program at Zawia University, and then Dr. Osama Kashada, Director of the National Program for Excellence in Science and Technology at the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, in his intervention about the competitive scholarships (study – research – training) available to Libyans, and the main requirements for obtaining them, and then the floor was given to engineer Ali Al-Burki, who received a competitive scholarship for a master’s degree at King’s University. Fahd in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the person concerned is also considered a researcher at the same university and holds the status of (Ambassador Program), where he provided a detailed overview of the university and its affiliated colleges, as well as the fields available as a group of study opportunities (Master’s – Doctorate) and the main requirements for obtaining this scholarship.
